Shipping policy
- Shipping Options:
- Domestic - UPS ground (standard), UPS 2 day air, UPS overnight air.
- International - DHL Express Worldwide (standard)
- Cost of Shipping: Customer pays carrier's calculated rate based on dimensions and weight presented at check out.
- Duration of Shipping: Standard UPS domestic shipping usually delivers within 5-7 days. DHL Express Worldwide shipments usually delivers within 2-6 business days.
- Handling Time: Orders will be shipped within 7-14 days of being placed, not counting weekends (Saturday or Sunday) Eternal Mode ships Monday through Friday. If adverse circumstances (COVID19, Business travel etc.) prevent shipment from being completed at normal time interval, the customer will be notified to discuss options via email or phone.
- Restrictions: Customs and Duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Eternal Mode is not responsible for international orders that may be held up by customs.
